Will I pay the full value?
No, we only charge the difference between these plans for the remaining days in your billing cycle (learn how to upgrade your subscription here).

How much will I pay?
For example, if your Starter plan ($49/month) renews on July 1st, and you want to switch to Premium ($89/month) on June 15th, you would be charged 15 days x ($40 / 30 days) = $20.

If you purchased your subscription via PayPal, please upgrade your subscription before the next billing cycle here first (you won’t be charged now). We offer a guaranteed refund (for any reason) within 7 days of your purchase. It’s only possible to get a single refund per purchase history. Can I be refunded to a different credit card?
No, we can only refund you to the credit card you used to make the purchase.

How long does it take to process my refund request?
Once you reach out to us, your refund request will be processed within 72 hours.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
This is something we cannot control as this depends on your bank. Typically refunds are processed within one business day, but in some cases, it might take up to three or four days.
