No, we only charge the difference between these plans for the remaining days in your billing cycle (learn how to upgrade your subscription here).

How much will I pay?
For example, if your Starter plan ($49/month) renews on July 1st, and you want to switch to Premium ($89/month) on June 15th, you would be charged 15 days x ($40 / 30 days) = $20.

  • 15 – Days remaining until renewal date
  • 40$ – The difference between the subscriptions plans (89$ – 49$)
  • 30 days – Number of days in the current month

However, if you have purchased your subscription via PayPal, please cancel your subscription, wait for it to expire, and then purchase it again with updated payment details.

Yes, we accept payments alternatively via PayPal, Skrill, or Crypto. Let us know by email or on our Discord server (in the #account-payments channel) the following information:

  • Your GTO Wizard email,
  • Which format (CASH/MTT/HU SNG/SPINS/STRADDLE+Ante),
  • What tier (Starter/Premium/Elite),
  • Subscription duration (Monthly/Annually),

And we’ll get back to you with the payment details within 48 hours.


At the moment they are all separate subscriptions and we do not have any bundles, however, we plan to introduce them in the future.

First, check if your credit card isn’t expired and if you have sufficient funds on it. If so, please contact support and let us know your GTO Wizard login email, and we’ll assist you.

Unfortunately, PayPal doesn’t allow instant upgrades. If you purchased your subscription via PayPal, please upgrade your subscription before the next billing cycle here first (you won’t be charged now). Then contact our support to assist you with the payment process for an immediate upgrade (let us know your GTO Wizard login email).

We offer a guaranteed refund (for any reason) within 7 days of your purchase. It’s only possible to get a single refund per purchase history. Also, we are not able to issue a refund for payments via crypto. If you fulfill these requirements, please contact our support (let us know your GTO Wizard login email) and we will assist you.

Can I be refunded to a different credit card?
No, we can only refund you to the credit card you used to make the purchase.

How long does it take to process my refund request?
Once you reach out to us, your refund request will be processed within 72 hours.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
This is something we cannot control as this depends on your bank. Typically refunds are processed within one business day, but in some cases, it might take up to three or four days.
